1. The shop does not automatically collect any information, except for the information included in cookie files.
  2. Cookie files (the so-called cookies) are informational data, text files in particular, which are stored at the shop user’s end device and are intended for use while using the Shop’s websites. Cookies usually include the website name from which they come, storage time on the user’s end-device and a unique number. 
  3. The Shop operator is the user’s end-device cookie files featuring entity and accessing subject.
  4. The cookie files are used for:
    • Adjusting the Shop’s website content to the User’s preferences as well in order to optimalise the websites’ exploration;  in particular, those files allow the Shop User’s device recognition and help the websites be displayed properly, according to the User’s individual needs;
    • Making statistics which help understand the way the Shop’s Users benefit from the shop’s sites in order to uprate their structure and content;
  5. The Shop uses two basic types of cookies: „session cookies” and „persistent cookies”. Session cookies are temporary files stored at the User’s end-device until the logout action (leaving the Shop) or the software (browser) closure. Persistent cookies are stored at the User’s end-device for a limited time determined in the cookies’ settings section or until the User deletes them.
  6. The Shop uses cookie types as follows:
    • Essential cookies, enabling the usage of Shop’s services, e.g. authenticating cookies used for authentication requiring Shop’s services;
    • Security cookies used for example for detection of authentication abuse when using the Shop;
    • performance cookies, enabling Users’ Shop services performance information collection;
    • functional cookies, enabling the storage of some of the User’s settings and interface personalisation, for example the language selected and region from which the User comes from, the font size, website look etc.;
    • advertising cookies, enabling User interest-adjusted advertising content delivery.
  7. Website browsers frequently have a default setting to accept cookies storage on the User’s end-device. The Shop Users may change the cookie settings for their browser at any time. The settings can be changed so as to block the automatic (default) cookie service actions or to inform the User each time any cookies are stored on the User’s end-device. Details concerning the possibilities and ways of dealing with the cookie files can be found in the software settings section (web browser).
  8. The Shop’s operator wishes to inform that cookies use limitations may have influence on some functionalities available on the Shop’s websites.
  9. Cookies stored in the Shop’s User’s end-device may also be used by Shop’s cooperating advertisers and partners.
